We have bad experience with Coldwell agent Phamtastic Homes by Rachel Pham She was a seller agent and we were buyers. She could have been nice to us and make us more comfortable. Instead she was rude all the time and did not respond well. We still struggle in many ways and we are dissatisfied with her service. We are recommending our friends to not to buy house from coldwell again.
