This place is frustrating and no one is ever there in the morning. From having to work with this place, I definitely am more vigilant about who I work with in the home purchasing process. If you do have to work with them, work with Kitty or Christina. They are really good at making sure you feel comfortable
If anyone is looking for a realtor who listens, dedicated, patient, and willing to above and beyond, then Gia at Coldwell Banker Waldorf is your person. I am VERY picky. I know I looked at 30 houses before I found the house I wanted. She was always patient and was honest. I moved from out of state so she and her family would video call me so I could at least peek at the home before actually seeing it. I was treated terribly by Dossha Davis. I do not recommend her. I am a teacher, with a doctorate in education, and I was stereotyped by another African American woman. I do not recommend her. If I had not already signed my lease I would lease another property based solely on how I was treated.
