Kim is the best realtor in Maryland, HANDS DOWN! We had so much fun working with her and learned a lot in the process. She made it so easy and didn't make us feel rushed or stupid for not knowing a lot about real estate. We have refereed her to many of our first time home buying friends and they are very pleased as well. Shes more than a realtor, shes a friend who is looking out for your best interest, and it shows. Kim was an excellent extension of me and my husband looking for a home. She immediately knew what we would and wouldn't like within the first five minutes of talking to us. She really knows her stuff about Ocean Pines, and I couldn't have been happier about how responsive and attentive she was throughout the whole process.
