As promised a new review, and after a judgment was awarded , Lilly Pingatore and Kim Collins at Coldwell Banker Malibu are still refusing to pay for services they contracted with a photographer for one of Lilly’s properties. Lilly Pingatore hired a photographer, took the pictures, agreed on a price and refused to pay a dime! If I could give less than 1 star....LILY PINGATORE, very dishonest, unpleasant and unprofessional. She hires independent people to do a job, (ie:photography) for her open houses and then refuses to pay them for work done. No satisfaction either with the manageing broker, KIM COLLINS, who specifically said she would take care of Lily’s bad behaviors, but clearly that’s just the older woman’s way of thinking the problem will just go away. Our experience with this Brokerage was very unsatisfactory, fraught with violations of Fiduciary duty. Our agent, Christine Rogerson, failed to provide us with critical information, created a false sense of urgency to buy right away, and sided with her manager from her office, who also happened to be the sellers agent. Together they orchestrated the sale through downplaying problems with the house, mocking the home inspector, and attempting to conceal structural issues.
