If I could give zero stars, I would. My interaction with one of the company's realtors was extremely disappointing. His rude, sarcastic, and dismissive responses were completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I strongly encourage the company to invest in additional training focused on customer service, respectful communication, and professionalism.
This has been the worst real estate company I’ve ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor - don’t walk, RUN to find yourself a better broker.
