I had an experience with this realty company as a buyer of a home. We went under contract on a house with a realtor by the name Natasha. The house was listed as “no known issues with the septic”. After spending money on inspections, It came to our attention that the seller AND REALTOR both knew about the septic having major functional issues that would result in a complete new septic tank needing to be put in.
