I’ve had experience with multiple agencies but this branch here is by far the worst. One of their realtors attempted fraud on a transaction. I notified the broker only to find out the broker Larry Arinaga was assisting with these fraudulent real estate Transactions. I got lucky but please Keep your money and time. Go anywhere but to this Coldwell Banker branch as they are not to be trusted.
