First time home buyer and we worked with Gina Gamboa. To my Filipino community I can't recommend her enough. Her knowledge with buying a home made the entire process feel as seamless as it could have been. I’ve had experience with multiple agencies but this branch here is by far the worst. One of their realtors attempted fraud on a transaction. I notified the broker only to find out the broker Larry Arinaga was assisting with these fraudulent real estate Transactions. I got lucky but please Keep your money and time. Go anywhere but to this Coldwell Banker branch as they are not to be trusted.
