I had a terrible experience with the Coldwell Banker Spring Lake office. My real estate agent was repeatedly lied to by both their broker Robert White and one of their agents Pamela Farmer. The agent in question represented the seller—and then brought in a buyer through a backdoor deal, lying to us throughout the process. This was not just unprofessional but also raised serious questions about their ethics and honesty. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this agency. Had the displeasure of interacting with a Sam (Samir) Stankovic. Maybe interacting is an overstatement. The most unresponsive and least helpful realtor I have dealt with thus far. Apparently he moonlights as one and uses it as a side hustle. Would avoid this location solely based on that.
There are definitely other charming towns in the US, but Spring Lake, NJ, is the most adorable town I saw so far in USA. Every house is beautifully maintained, grass, the flowers, facade, everything is just in a beautiful harmony. The food options are great, the pizza place is really delightful while dinning in high end sea food restaurants will satisfy most of food loving connoisseur.
