Simply getting in touch about one of their properties was a challenge. The phone number associated to the listing went to a personal cell phone who’s voice mail box message has no affiliation to the brokerage. After nearly a week I was given an email about an open house which they canceled 48 hours before the event. I continued to attempt to schedule a tour with Ninnette Rawlinitis which could not be met at my available times. After two or three texts she simply stopped answering. I'll never do business with Coldwell Banker again. They had two condos for sale (18 & 24 Prospect St, Manchester, CT) and I was told they had multiple offers and bidding was going to be closed by the end of the day. I put in my final offer. The next day my sales agent called and told me the deadline for offers had been extended an extra day because the original listing agent (Kristine Heenan) is no longer involved.
