Had an issue at closing and the manager of this office, Dana, was suppose to reach out to me and rectify the situation. After our initial correspondence, I was left hanging for a MONTH! Still no response. If you want to save your sanity and your money, choose a different company to work with. I will never use or refer anyone I know to coldwell banker.

Leisha Brough. Make sure you use her! We would not be in our home without her hard work and dedication! We had what most people would consider the most difficult, stressful, and messed up deal most people have heard of. We put our home up for sale and she got it under contract within 24 hours! I'm writing this so future Buyers won't have the same experience I did. Make sure you do your research and lay out your expectations with your agent of choice before signing a real estate contract. And ask them if you are unsatisfied with their service if they will hold you to the contact or be willing to let you out or renegotiate.
