We have been disappointed by the persistent unsolicited solicitations from Charlie Lefebvre over this past year regarding potential real estate transactions. While Mr. Lefebvre claims that referrals are the highest form of compliment, we find his persistent marketing tactics, particularly the repeated placement of print advertisements on our property, to be intrusive and unprofessional. Given these practices, we would not feel comfortable recommending Mr. Lefebvre's services to others.
