I ended my relationship with this team after they explicitly told me that researching permit history and the reasons for multiple failed escrows on a property was 'not realistic' and a 'waste of time' for them. As a buyer, I expected an advocate to help me identify these red flags, but their model relies purely on automated portals without any proactive vetting. If you are looking for an agent who performs due diligence before you get into contract, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Patti Delgado , Has been Great the entire way . Some mistakes like leaving lights on and AC running , doors being unlocked , but those must of been other agents. We got a Lower offer but such is the current market conditions . They use Docu Sign , return our concerns calls , and , are Professional. Thank You .

I highly recommend this Coldwell banker location. I recently had an unfortunate realty situation due to the passing of my mother. I don't know what I would have done without my realtor Kari Whitney, she is amazing! Not only does she have 15 years of professional background, but she also has passion and cares about clients. You will not find a better person than Kari! I highly recommend Kari Whitney from Coldwell Banker .

If you need a trustworthy realitor who stands by your side through it all, there is no one better then Diana Leles! She is absolutley the best out there. She has stood by our side and bent over backwords to make sure we got the house of our dreams and that it was in great condition. In this market that is saying a lot.
