I didnt buy a house through Marie( Gwynn); I'm an electrical service contractor who works with lots of realtors when electrical issues arise. I feel qualified to say that her diligence to her client can't be hidden with a double wide aircraft hangar door! I've seen her do the difficult but proper thing where many realtors often do a cheaper quick fix,using unlicensed people doing sub-par work. She is an asset to her industry and her clientele. The folks in the office are incredibly helpful and professional. We recently moved to Pensacola from Missouri and were given the name of Marie Gwynn as our agent. We can not say enough good things about Marie. She worked very hard at helping us find our home. Marie helped us to understand the differences between Florida and Missouri living. Marie was always prompt in responding to our questions and concerns and helped our transition to Florida comfortable. We highly recommend Marie as an agent.

I don't know if this review is going to do justice to Carrie Stone Firth but I am going to write it anyway. The saying goes " The first impression says it all..." When my husband and I first met "Carrie" as our house hunting agent, we knew we have hit the jackpot. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My recently retired 71 year old Aunt sold her house in Ohio to move to Pensacola to be close to family. During our initial meeting, my mother and I were both present with my Aunt and the realtor she was referred to, Janet. We expressed our concern that since she only received 160k for her house in Ohio, and that is all of her life savings, she not be shown anything above the price range 130k.
