WARNING: Check everything thing they do. They lied on closing documents. They were required to ensure their client went through probate - they didnt! Now I am left with no marketable title on my home. I can’t get a second home loan or home equity line of credit. Can’t even get my property taxes right! They claim they - did it for us! Typical abuser excuse! Now I have to get a lawyer and sue them - I filed a complaint with the state so hopefully they will lose their license. - that I am doing for them!
