I just stumbled across the 1-star review regarding this business, and just had to stop to counter it, because I suspect a troll is lurking. I have personally made two real estate buys in the area with the help of Sylvia Brughman. She is quick to grasp what you're looking for and doesn't waste your time. She's straightforward, well-informed about the area's RE quirks and super easy to work with. She's the first agent to call when you're looking to buy. I'd highly recommend her!!!
