If one clicks on Zillow to contact the agent for the property you are interested in you may get Jorge Bernal from Coldwell Banker in Oxnard. Just be prepared that if he asks you if you have an agent, and you answer yes, he will leave you hanging high and dry telling you (after you have been driving 30 minutes to meet at the house) "I don't work for other agents, your agent isn't doing their job, best of luck to you." After contacting the Manager of Jorge's office he was helpful in having an agent contact me.
