A complaint will be filed with CA Dept of Real Estate for the manner in which Diane Petek with Coldwell Banker Realty – Orinda Office – conducted business as the listing agent on our purchase transaction. Even though they reduced their commission drastically on this transaction the service provided by this office did not appear to warrant the discounted commission.
