In regard to a Real Estate transaction recently completed I am alerting potential and current customers to agent, Steven Bauman. I met him originally in 2023 and hired him to list and sell my home in June, '25. My impression of him is he "sells" himself as an educated, competent, truthful and diligent agent. During the transaction many issues arose which I believe proved that he does not possess those qualities and quite the opposite.
