I just had the BEST experience with Audrey in the Newtonville office. I asked Audrey if there was any chance of finding a paper trail to link my name to an escrow account that was held by Coldwell Banker OVER 20 YEARS AGO. She had absolutely nothing to gain (I’m not buying or selling). She and her admin dug into it, and found the link that I needed!!! Amazing, and exceedingly kind!!!
