Coldwell Banker is losing leverage and credibility that's why Anywhere (parent company) being bought out by Compass. This office location is a poor snob situation and bringing a deal here is is costly and worthless. I recommend going elsewhere for quality service and reasonable fees both as a client and an agent! I wouldn't recommend these people to my enemies.
Working with Marie Gentosi at Coldwell was extremely frustrating. She was unresponsive, disorganized, and made the whole process unnecessarily stressful. Honestly, she’s on the bottom list of their realtors for a reason. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you want a realtor who actually delivers.
I became a very lucky lady a few months ago when Tracy Bourgeois of the Newport Beach office of Coldwell Banker Realty took on my request for an agent to sell a vacant piece of property. Her knowledge of the area and willingness to never give up paid off with a sale in six figures. Tracy was always available to answer questions and had unlimited patience with the my needs to find the right buyer.
5 Stars for TOMEK KOLSAKA! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly LIKE-ABLE! He took the time to answer all of our millions of questions/concerns and always got back to us in a very prompt manner with useful data and answers. On top of all this he looks like a Super Hero Marvel Movie Star like Chris Hemsworth! But again very honest, sincere and down to earth. Do YOURSELF a favor a call and ask for TOMEK KOLSAKA for all your real estate needs!
Claudia Savino is one of the most unethical and unprofessional Realtors I have ever worked with. When asked to fix a simple issue that was stated in contract, she lied, and became hostile and emotional. She refused to honor the terms of our legally binding contract.
