I did not have a great experience with one of the agents at Coldwell Banker Needham. I hired the agent to handle a complicated sale/purchase transaction. Although the agent knew the market and priced my condo correctly, she still came up 5k short from my ideal sales price. Also the agent had really poor communication skills and did not handle requests appropriately. I felt at times that the agent worked for the buyers of my condo instead of me.
