Joe went above and beyond to get my daughter what she wanted and needed in a new home. He helped her decide on the type of residence at a price she could afford. Joe walked her through the process of a first time buyer. He was available to answer all of her multiple questions. Even after closing on the property he made himself available to her. We will definitely have Joe handle any of our real estate needs in the future.
Joe was great. He gave candid feedback about the areas we were looking at homes in which was invaluable having moved from out of state. He was no pressure and very flexible with out schedule to show homes. He got us into a beautiful neighborhood and was there for the signing and first day welcome goodie bag to get us started.
