What a terrible person. We helped Coldwell realtor Paul Ferra with water problems with a residence in Topanga Canyon on Santa Maria Rd. Well as nice as he portrays to be he never paid us. Even after telling us multiple times he'd take care of it he hasn't. He now completely avoids our calls and never responds. I've left messages with his wife and partner Melissa Oliver and nothing. This place it's just like all the other harassing people who have been trying to contact me for the last 6 years I don't know them I never reached out to them but they keep blowing up my internet I do not recommend you they don't know how to go away leave me alone I sent this multiple times good luck getting rid of them
If you're thinking about hiring Gail A. Lowe, please STOP and consider the following: She forges clients' signatures (and Realtors') without their knowledge or permission (a FELONY), alters contracts after the fact without permission, is not accountable, always has an excuse, refuses to embrace technology and losses vital paperwork. Her egregious actions compelled me to file complaints with the L.A. Sheriff Dept, Dept of Real Estate and Malibu Association of Realtors. Cases are open and pending. Buyers and sellers beware!!!
