Contacted them about several different properties they had listed. I've been looking to buy but they never responded to me, with the exception of a single text response that they have left on read for a week. It's quite frustrating and VERY unprofessional to ignore people looking to purchase, especially when it's your job to sell properties.
What a terrible person. We helped Coldwell realtor Paul Ferra with water problems with a residence in Topanga Canyon on Santa Maria Rd. Well as nice as he portrays to be he never paid us. Even after telling us multiple times he'd take care of it he hasn't. He now completely avoids our calls and never responds. I've left messages with his wife and partner Melissa Oliver and nothing. This place it's just like all the other harassing people who have been trying to contact me for the last 6 years I don't know them I never reached out to them but they keep blowing up my internet I do not recommend you they don't know how to go away leave me alone I sent this multiple times good luck getting rid of them
