Zero is not an option, but that would be our rating. My husband and I have bought and sold 20+ properties over the years. Mark Neish is by far the worst realtor we have worked with. He doesn’t know the market and is slow to move on open houses. He didn’t know the selling the rules of the HOA (the same community that he lives in!!). We made the calls and visits to find out what was needed for the HOA.
