I just received call from person named Mandelia, very rude in her approach, asking directly on selling the house. No professional etiquette, not mindful in reaching out to unknown person without understanding the sentiments of asking such a foolish question !

Have had a terrible interaction with one of their realtors Mindy W. There was a home on the market in Wakefield ( 2 Fl-) We rushed to pick up our kids and I left work early to go to the Open Houses posted on Zillow, Compass,Redfin and Realtor. When we showed up, Mindy told us it was by Appt only. She wasn’t apologetic and kept insisting it said on the MLS website that it was by appt only. I’m not sure how many lay people are on the MLS site, but the fact that she was not accommodating to buyers willing to buy a 1M+ home left... read more
