Mercedes Taylor has zero communication. Takes forever to reply to simple texts/emails that end up dragging into the following week. I expressed my deadline and that was definitely not respected. I'm weeks behind and I'm waiting for a reply as I write this review. I feel very disrespected and unfortunately I have no choice but to deal with her because she is the landlords choice.
