I set an appointment to view a rental property with Lilli Ornelas, Caldwell realtor. This realtor did not show up at the specified time . She called at the time we were to meet and asked if I were still coming. I told her that I was currently at the rental property waiting for her. At that time she told me she was on her way. Natalie Rambo was referred to us by a friend and we were SO thankful for that. We are very picky, cautious and slow buyers (read: not the ideal client for a realtor). From day one, she was extremely patient with us and not once did I ever feel rushed. She constantly told us to take our time which I highly appreciated. I enjoyed the buying/selling process with Natalie Rambo so much that we made sure when we were ready to buy again we came back to her. She goes above and beyond with everything from helping us prepare to sell to making sure we bought at the best price. She knows the neighborhood and is a very savvy realtor. I'm quick to recommend her to everyone I know because she worked so hard to ensure we found the perfect home.
One of my biggest regrets was working with Faithon Lucas, James Palin and Coldwell Banker Realty. Neither of them were honest and literally left me hanging when their partners took my rent and deposit then became unresponsive. I went through a realtor to avoid these types of issues only to find more problems taking this route. 100% would not recommend.
All I can say is run. My experience with these guys was awful.
