Rude agent and even more disrespectful office manager Laura made me walk away from a seven figure deal and go to compass. Do your research and choose wisely. There are other local agents / offices who will actually work with your best interests in mind
Had a bad experience whit Caldwell banker met on site to go over before listed 2 owners showed up the guy was telling and yelling at me I was not permitted to park my work vans on my commercial property funny I have a CO from the town for 15 years to use my lot as parking he was rude unprofessional unfriendly I was shocked I would not recommend Caldwell Banker to any one .
We made an offer to Debbie Cuiffi and after a back and forth the sellet and herself accepted our offer and then called the next day saying they got a better offer and we are out. We had to provide personal documents for the cash offer and then have our banker write a letter stating we can take this money out for closing. We scheduled an inspection and had our lawyer working on the deal in which we sent over to him the same day. I called Coldwell Banker in Katonah requesting for speaker to the manager, Laura Acocella after having a poor experience with one of her realtors. She was nasty, rude, and completely unprofessional on the phone to the point where she hung up on me. This is not how you treat a customer let alone another human being.
