They left trash in my entire neighborhoods mailboxes. If they're struggling that badly, clearly they don't do a good enough job.
We are a local plumbing company and Craig Campbell (realtor) hired us to do some plumbing work on a house he was selling as the agent. He agreed to the prices upfront on a recorded line and gave us a card on file to charge when work was completed. After running the card, it was denied. We have tried to reach out multiple times including contacting Caldwell Banker directly. This work was done back in October and still have not been paid.

Their Broker In Charge is able to handle so very many real estate agents (hundreds) in order to cover the vast distance that is Lake Murray as well as the burgeoning Irmo district - singularly noted for their Ocra Strut.
