Beware! Choose your realtor wisely. Our experience with Coldwell Banker Realty was extremely disappointing, and I feel it’s important to warn others. These realtors care only about closing a deal quickly and collecting their commission — they do not care about protecting you as a buyer. Highly recommend our realtor Adam Bradley. He is a no pressure guy, that’s incredibly knowledgeable not just on the home buying process, but also about houses that have had renovations. We found him when he was filling in at an open house we went to. We had no plans of buying a house, since we had just returned from a year long vacation, and wanted to save up some money first.
