We contracted with Amadeo Arnal who said he was based in Greenbrae to sell our condo property in Novato. He did a good job except that he said he would stage the property, and he didn't, but after much insistence on our part, he did give us a credit at close of escrow for half of the staging costs. Our upset was that he charged us for items he did at close of escrow without informing us that he was doing so. Wow what can I say, I needed so much hand holding as a first time buyer. Sharron was everything and much more. She is so compassionate and capable that I sometimes feel like I am talking to a trusted friend and a social worker. She is so prompt at taking calls or getting back to me. She thinks three steps ahead and wastes no time. She heard our needs loud and clear and doesn’t recommend something vague that won’t work.
