Great office with amazing agents! The office is equipped with a stellar staff and unparalleled support from its leaders and tech department.
Holding $4300 of my earnest money. Beware in entering into an agreement with this firm. As I can't speak to every agent that works here. I would say that this definitely applies to the listing agent Ann Allen and the broker. I entered into contract to purchase a house though an assumption. Three days after proceeding with the purchase I discovered that the interest rate was misrepresented. As a result, we decided to cancel the contract, since the seller was intentionally misleading. Tanya Rutledge was our agent to help us buy our first home. She was amazing and down to earth and was realistic about the homes we looked at. We had some complications with the title company and seller and Tanya was always there in our corner, making sure everything was done correctly and answering any questions we had.
