I am sharing this to warn others about my experience with Josephine Leblang, a licensed real estate professional currently affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty in Fort Lee, NJ. For over two years, Josephine acted as my landlord. During that time, she repeatedly violated my rights as a tenant by entering my apartment without proper notice—as frequently as three times a week—using unresolved maintenance issues (like a leaking dishwasher and other water problems) as excuses.
