The property they're trying to sell at 3710 Eddy St in Avondale routinely has a sprinkler directed at the sidewalk. Not the grass on the other side of the side walk, but the sidewalk itself. All of the water lands on the cement. Grass already takes up a needless amount of water compared to native grasses and plants but watering the cement is a slap to the face of pedestrians and the environment. Coldwell banker realty is not a good member of the community.
