I regret having had any professional dealings with Vanessa Bassock, who has demonstrated conduct that I consider not only unprofessional but wholly unacceptable for someone representing Coldwell Banker. Throughout our brief interaction, I encountered repeated dishonesty, including misrepresentation of our contract, followed by an unjustified demand for over $500 upon its termination. My experience with Danielle as my realtor was fantastic. What I appreciated most about the buying experience was how she allowed me to choose the house I wanted instead of pressuring me into a decision I wasn’t comfortable with. She was always easy to get a hold of, and did most of leg work that the buyer is ussually expected to do. 5 Stars!
