Delaney was the selling agent I worked with on my last real estate transaction and it was such a seamless transaction because of her. She communicated efficiently throughout the whole process, was thorough with all repairs/invoices and was able to keep everything on track to close early. She was quick to respond whenever I needed and was professional and kind through the whole process. Enjoyed my experience being on the buyer agent side of this transaction. It’s not always like that so would recommend her again!

Delaney was probably the most respectful, responsive, and compassionate realtor I have ever dealt with. We were going to sell our house to a cash buyer and she still was willing to assist us as the seller. She literally guided us through the whole process, was available for questions whenever we had any always would follow up on our behalf for even the smallest questions.
