I recently had a terrible experience purchasing a home in a transaction where Pat Dearborn, and Soula Spaziani represented the sellers. Both agents were incredibly unresponsive, unprofessional, and frankly unethical. To our great disappointment, they used our future backyard as a place to dispose of the items that were supposed to be removed from the property prior to closing as they agreed to help the sellers with removing personal belongings left behind after moving out of state. I could not stress enough the blatant lack of professionalism, ethics, or care with which the agents of Coldwell Banker Realty in Chelmsford, along with the branch manager, Rich Merrill, treated us in a recent home purchase.
