Amy High was our broker for a rental we used. 34 Baltusrol Road in Summit. The house was full of problems, flooding basement, no certificate of occupancy and inhabitable conditions with the AC and heating. Amy knew we were moving from Canada. She just took the commission and left. She did not even check if the security deposit was actually placed in escrow from the owner's side.
