Bought a home Christina clauses was the listing agent. She had a cure notice to repair an ac unit she didn’t do it and told us it was repaired. She said if we do not sign docs we lose our ernest deposit now she is unwilling to fix the ac unit because we closed on it yesterday. problems were brought up in the final walk through paperwork. She claims it’s my fault because we didn’t close sooner.
