Good company very well established company in the columbus area. We used their service to buy/sell and i think we got a little lost in the shuffle but they did do a great job.
Like pulling teeth Initially it took almost 2 weeks for the house to get on the market. I was listed with this agent for 7 months. We did not get a single offer, open houses were done only once every 3-5 weeks. I made very clear what my bottom line price was, I was constantly asked to set a lower price. Unprofessional, without integrity or decency. Avoid! I have spent the past year trying to buy a short sale condo in Boynton Beach, FL through Coldwell Banker selling realtor Jackie Pezza; a condo she incidentally also owned which is very odd. We had a closing date during Oct 2010 which fell through with no explanation offered. It was possible that the bank were suspicious that she was attempting to make commission from the sale of her own short sale property. Professional Plus I loved working with customers from Coldwell Banker downtown. No one ever complained about any of the agents, all the agents went to closing, a rare occasion in comparison to other realtors. Its just a nice group of people to work with.
