Sad part about this branch is that Shelley Patton said that we wouldn’t be able to use our VA loan towards this property because the VA does not approve property that’s not permanently set in ground, but we just called and they actually do cover these type of homes. During our phone call I asked if we could atleast take a look at the property and she pretty much didn’t want to show us around because “we didn’t know if we would be pre-approved for a loan” since we couldn’t use our VA.
