We purchased a home with agent Jennifer grizzle back in 2023. This was a terrible experience for us. She never contacted us on the day of closing and never heard from her after closing or the days before closing. She got her commission and ghosted us. We see her in the grocery store and she looks away. She did anything to make the sale go through at the time. We have now sold the same house- off market. We did not want to pay realtor fees, especially after seeing the job our agent did selling the house.
We worked with Mary Kay Gordan to purchase a home and she was a wealth of experience, knowledge and help in this process. Her youthfulness belies all the experience she brings to the process. She worked with the sellers agent in a very collegial way to help all parties get what they needed to close the transaction. She also connected us with guaranteedRate mortgage, a great recommendation. Bottomline, she knows her business and how to get things done in the local market. Thanks MK!
