We strongly advise looking elsewhere for real estate services. Our experience with this Coldwell Banker office was deeply disappointing and raised serious concerns. Beware of the pre-MLS showing Coldwell offers, which allows their agents to bring in buyers before the home officially hits the market. In our case, it led to a dual agency situation with another Coldwell agent representing the buyer.
