It was great working with Carrieanne and Grace! Any time we'd have questions or need information from the seller, they would be on top of it. Let me tell you, run away from this place! I only kind of had a showing experience with them, can’t even imagine how a complete purchase would go. Extremely unprofessional, prior to any showing you have to sign some paperwork, and the realtor that was working with me didn’t send it and kept blaming me for not sending the file over even though I confirmed my email with her well before showing time. I had some extraordinarily great realtors in the past but Kathy Pfister from this branch in Moon Township was the lousiest out of all of them, in fact she’s the only one out of nine realtors that I’ve used in the past that I have anything bad to say about. Apparently she can’t handle negative reviews either because when I left on her own page it got discarded or flagged so I’ll just leave one here instead.
