Natalie came in and saved the day after our home sat on the market for months with another agent. She was always available, incredibly pleasant to work with, and never once made us feel like our questions were an inconvenience. We tried to rent a condo. We made out the application and paid the fee. They will not process our application and not return the deposit. Gus Marin was not able or willing to help us. Do not do business with this office.
Horrible experience. Gus Marin dropped the ball multiple times. He failed to show for the appointment he set to have the pictures taken. I worked all week to prepare the house and no show. And was in great pain due to an injury to my arm. No phone call. I arranged to board my dogs for an Open House on date Marin set but this failed too. I rearranged my entire schedule to accommodate both dates. Marin is not reliable!
