If you are looking for a realtor near lakeland fl. I will advise against using Coldwell Bankers, I was using them and got ripped off by one of their realtors by them giving the deposit money to the seller even when we were still waiting to complete our sale. Which was a contingency for the deposit. If you decide to go with them than I hope you are every careful that they don't stab you in the back. The realtor was supposed to be working for us but she still stabbed us in the back.
