This agency really falls short in screening their agents. My wife and I were referred to a Kelly Brown to search for our new home. When we contacted Ms. Brown an Agent for Caldwell Banker we surprisingly found out she was incarcerated and multiple times. We tried for another agent but gave up with this firm. Why would a reputable firm employee a harden criminal such as Ms. Brown who doesn't return calls, appears to be a total loser is beyond my wife and I understanding.
