Worse agency you could ever use . They listed a property on the market , we found the property at Zillow and also saw the rent sign outside the property , the gave us the tour and we liked it , we asked multiple times for things to be change as more than half of the outlets inside of the house had no power , to cut the grass , and specifically for the water tank that pump the water inside the house . In real estate nothing is perfect. Prior offices I found myself committing countless hours to marketing and online presence ect. So disappointed in this brokerage and the way they handle business… My wife and I have been in an Airbnb for a month looking for a home. I found a home that I liked online, called the number, and Beth fish radford (their agent) answered and said that the home was AVAILABLE and that she could show it to us that same night. Completely out of touch with lack of knowledge on house or amenities in the community. Never informed us on results or feedback on potential buyers unless we asked. Lack of staging Roy Jones would NOT let us out of contract even though we were unpleased with agent
