Don't deal with this group. Christy Mullins is incompetent. My husband I sold our home in Castle Hills and were supposed to move in to a rental home that Christy represented this week-end , then all of sudden she lets us know the owner of the home changed his mind. The Lease revisions we requested were presented to her 2 weeks in advance but it took until the day we were to pick up the keys to the rental home for her to tell us the owner changed his mind. Coldwell Banker Realty posted a home for rent that was absolutely beautiful and checked all boxes for my son and I’s needs. My agent spent all weekend in contact with the listing agent Neera Truong. We toured the house and submitted an application only to be told, once all of my personal information was submitted, that the rent on the listing is incorrect and they want almost $1000 more per month than what was originally posted. They go on private property with no trespassing signs, to take pictures of property for a listing and will not return phone calls about this. This is a private drive way not for public to use.
