Bobby Durand was our realtor from this branch. He was amazing. He went above and beyond with some difficult customers (us) that could not seem to make up their mind what they wanted. He did it all with a smile on his face and made himself available at our convienence. I would definately recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the area as well as this CB branch. My husband and I just listed/sold and purchased a home through Coldwell Banker working with Todd Kavanagh. Todd was wonderful through the entire process, even when certain situations popped up that made it a little more difficult. It was our first home buying experience with a Realtor and I can't recommend Todd enough. He explained everything extremely well so we were never confused or blindsided throughout the process and he went above and beyond to help us every step of the way.

Both my agent and the listing agent were very professional and helped us through a few difficult situations with the home inspection and worked hard to get us into our home.
